How big or small can the group size be?
Anywhere from 2 to 500.
Is this Live Event training?
Yes. We come to you and your team.
How much does it cost?
That depends on your team size. Give Ray a call to discuss pricing and logistics.
Do you have to be in shape to do the Q:Course?
You have to be in shape to be the best version of yourself, not to complete the Q:Course. There are some physical elements involved but they are not challenging and modifications are made as needed.
Will I get 1:1 coaching with Matt and Ray?
That is an option we can discuss.
